An avid social worker and a successful businessman, he has twice been the Member of Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly ( 2002-2012). He served as the leader of Vidhan Mandal Dal and Chairman Assurance Committee, Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly.

Mr. Nirbhay Pal is the young & dynamic CEO of Pal College of Technology and Management. An alumnus of prestigious schools of India: Sherwood College, Nainital & Modern School, Delhi, he is a budding entrepreneur in the higher education sector of the Kumaon region.
Mr. Pal leads PCTM with strong communication skills, great leadership acumen and unparalleled passion for the organisation and its people. His vision for the community is evident through the plethora of social events he has initiated, aimed at serving his people and society. He is a philanthropist who believes: If you want to go far, go together. With this motto in mind, Mr Pal is continuously looking forward to collaborating with the best minds in the country be it from IIT or IIM.

Dr. Subho Chattopadhyay is a UGC-NET qualified Management teacher and academician with interest in the areas of Marketing and Brand Development. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and his research interests include the study of brands and brand development, positioning of brands and brand positioning strategies. He is a research guide for PhD scholars at two different Universities.
During his career as a management teacher, he has conducted several MDPs and has been a resource person for training programmes conducted for the Ministry of MSME, Army Officers, University teachers, Chartered Accountants and entrepreneurs. Besides three books authored by him, his published work includes research papers in national and international journals, articles in magazines and chapters in books. He also serves on the editorial board of some national and international journals in the field of management.

Dr. Subho Chattopadhyay

Prof. Krishna Kumar Pande holds a bachelors in Civil Engineering from BIT Mesra with honours; M.Tech degree in Remote Sensing from Roorkee University (GOLD Medalist); and a PhD in Management from Kumaon University Nainital.
Starting his career with the National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd (NHPC) he was a key member of the team which established the Consultancy division in the organization.
He came back to his home state to give back to the society and stepped into the field of education first re-establishing the Birla Institute of Applied Sciences at Bhimtal in 2000 followed by other Academic Institutions in the State.
