Pal College of Technology and Management (PCTM) is situated in Haldwani (Nainital), nestled in the foothills of Kumaon a region that attracts tourists year-round. Since the formation of the state of Uttarakhand, Haldwani has emerged as a focal point of attraction, not only for tourists but also for major corporations, which are drawn to the region by its unique cultural milieu. Established in 2008, the campus of Pal College of Technology and Management has been exquisitely designed as a self-contained academic township, situated within a pollution-free environment.

The academic complex provides for complete requirements of Lecture rooms, Tutorial rooms, a Drawing hall, Faculty offices, the office of HODs, Laboratories, and a workshop. Elegantly designed comfortable furniture in the spacious, well-ventilated, and well-lit classrooms provides the students comfort for a stimulating learning experience. All basic amenities like safe drinking water, medical aid, a Cafeteria, electricity, power backup, communication facilities, etc, have been provided. PCTM is an endeavor that is the same.
