“Milestone achieved by PCTM- Graduation and Induction Ceremony of XPMC students in association with Employability.life and Federation University, Australia”

Pal College of Technology and Management has partnered with Employability.life and Federation University, Australia for conducting various experiential learning programmes for the students to make them more competent and industry ready. As a part of this association a graduation ceremony was organized for the students graduating in the first batch. 

The graduating students were felicitated by Ms. Carolyn Chong- Deputy VC (Global and Engagement) Federation University Australia, who also graced the occasion as the key note speaker. The Emloyability.life team attending the ceremony comprised of Mr. Raja Dasgupta- Co founder and Executive VP, Ms. Ruchika Sarna- Director Academic Partnership, Ms. Sudeshna Mitra- Head, Education Delivery and Ms. Mehak Arora- Partner Engagement Manager. 


The event was also attended by Mr. Nirbhay Pal-CEO PCTM, Prof. KK Pande- Advisor PCTM, Prof Subho Chattopadhyay- Director PCTM, Prof Sandeep Lohani- Principal PCTM, Ms. Taruna Bhasin- Placement Officer PCTM, Ms. Tripta Negi- Admission Head PCTM. Dr. Siddhartha Sharma was also present for encouraging the graduating students. The event commenced at 11am with the Graduation ceremony. The event began with a welcome note by Prof KK Pande, setting the tone for the celebration. He congratulated all the graduating students for their commendable performance and also thanked Employability.life for their efforts in making the students more competent. 

This was followed by an inspiring keynote address delivered by Ms. Carolyn Chong. Ms. Chong spoke about how the entire education delivery has changed and how the students have to be more skilled and focused to soar high in their career. Post that, a congratulatory message by Mr. Raja Dasgupta added to the celebratory spirit, highlighting the achievements of the students. Ms. Sudeshna Mitra then provided a perspective setting to the students, emphasizing on the future opportunities and how the students can be ready to grab them. She also invited the students to share their journey and experience regarding their 3 months course- Experiential Micro-credentials. 


The highlight of the event was the distribution of certificates to the students who had successfully completed their XPMC Course. Everyone present for the ceremony applauded the hard work and dedication of the graduating students. The Induction Ceremony of the new XPMC students started at 12:30pm. This ceremony lasting for four hours was designed to familiarize them with Employability.life and the course framework. 

The induction programme included introductions, orientation session and interactive ice breaking activities. Mr. Narayan Pal- Chairman PCTM and Mr. Nirbhay Pal, CEO PCTM applauded the efforts of the entire team for providing such platforms to the students that lead to their holistic development. The event was successfully anchored by Dr. Sanjana Tewari.
